Our Story
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), Dr. Bukola Adeagbo is dedicated to providing patient-centered, compassionate mental health treatment. A committed healthcare worker and lifelong student, she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Dr. Bukola has extensive experience working in various healthcare settings and works with many psychiatrists and other mental health professionals in Illinois. She has examined and treated patients with a variety of mental health disorders, as well as acute and chronic medical conditions, drawing on a breadth of expertise from both professional practice and personal experience. Her professional experience in a variety of healthcare environments has improved her capacity to provide thorough, all-encompassing treatment.

Our Story
Oluyemi Adeagbo, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over five years of experience across diverse healthcare settings. He holds advanced practice credentials in nursing and collaborates closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals throughout Illinois. Mr. Adeagbo earned his undergraduate degree from Purdue University and completed his master’s-level postgraduate education at Walden University.
Colleagues describe Mr. Adeagbo as an attentive listener who is approachable, empowering, and deeply committed to his clients’ overall well-being. He focuses on achieving optimal symptom relief using the lowest effective medication dosages to minimize side effects while tailoring treatment plans to each individual’s needs. He carefully evaluates both psychiatric and environmental factors contributing to symptoms and ensures that all medications are prescribed thoughtfully and responsibly.
His strong nursing foundation equips him to be an effective and trustworthy provider. He has extensive experience treating individuals with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, ADHD, and other mental health conditions. His approach is patient-centered and nonjudgmental, grounded in current evidence-based behavioral research.
Mr. Adeagbo has special interests in treating anxiety, depression, stress management, and PTSD.
